150 River Street

150 River Street is a 30-unit residential development currently under construction in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. Our team is providing full HVAC and plumbing services for this ground-up project, supporting the delivery of energy-efficient, multi-family housing to a growing urban neighborhood.

The HVAC scope includes installation of high-efficiency Daikin heat pump systems and fan coil units for each apartment, along with rooftop ERV units, ducted ventilation, exhaust systems, thermostats, and control devices. These systems are designed to provide year-round comfort and air quality while meeting modern performance and energy standards.

For the plumbing scope, we are installing all domestic cold and hot water piping, sanitary and storm drainage, and complete fixture rough-in and trim-out for kitchens, bathrooms, and mechanical spaces. Our work also includes venting, roof penetrations, and coordination with structural and architectural trades.

As construction progresses, we continue to work closely with the general contractor and other teams to maintain schedule alignment, inspection readiness, and overall project quality. 150 River Street reflects our ability to deliver coordinated mechanical solutions for mid-size residential developments in Boston’s evolving neighborhoods.
