GENERAL LABORER – Boston, MA – Nicoya is seeking Women General Laborers for commercial and residential construction projects in the City of Boston. Duties include: Assist skilled trades such as plumbing, HVAC, and concrete crews; Handle materials, tools, and equipment; Maintain clean and safe worksites; Perform site preparation, demolition, debris removal, and general support tasks as directed; Follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions; Operate basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
PLUMBER – Boston, MA – Nicoya is seeking Women Plumbers for commercial and residential construction projects in the City of Boston. Duties include: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems; Inspect and test plumbing lines and equipment in accordance with building and safety codes; Diagnose plumbing issues and determine corrective actions; Install fixtures, valves, pumps, and piping; Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and safety procedures; Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and support preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
Minimum requirements include:
(1) High School Diploma or equivalent
(2) Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent
(3) Proficiency with plumbing tools, codes, and safety standards.
HVAC TECHNICIAN – Boston, MA – Nicoya is seeking Women HVAC Technicians for commercial and residential construction projects in the City of Boston. Duties include: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation systems; Charge, recover, and test refrigerants; Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work orders; Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance; Document work performed and coordinate with supervisors to ensure project quality and safety.
Minimum requirements include:
(1) High School Diploma or equivalent
(2) Prior HVAC installation/maintenance experience or technical training
(3) Familiarity with HVAC tools, safety procedures, and relevant codes.
