16 Pasadena Road is a three-unit residential construction project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. As the general contractor, our team managed the full transformation of this multi-family property, delivering updated living spaces that meet today’s design and building standards.

Our scope included selective demolition, layout reconfiguration, and comprehensive interior upgrades across all three floors. Each unit received new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and MEP systems, while shared areas were improved for comfort and accessibility. We also coordinated exterior work including decks, entries, and utility access points to align with code requirements and site logistics.
