3371 Washington Street is a 39-unit residential building currently under construction in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. Our team is providing full plumbing services for this ground-up project, supporting the development of much-needed housing in a growing urban area.

Our scope includes complete installation of domestic water systems, sanitary and storm drainage, venting, and fixture rough-in for all units. We’re also handling water main connections, backflow prevention, and coordination with the fire protection team to ensure seamless integration of all systems.

With work still in progress, we continue to coordinate closely with the general contractor and other trades to maintain schedule, meet inspection milestones, and deliver clean, code-compliant installations. Site logistics and sequencing are critical on this project, and our team is focused on safety, efficiency, and quality throughout every phase.
