3371 Washington Street is a 39-unit residential building currently under construction in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. Our team is providing complete plumbing services for this ground-up development, helping deliver much-needed housing in a high-density urban setting.

Our scope includes the full installation of domestic water piping, sanitary and storm drainage, venting systems, and fixture rough-ins and trim-outs for all units. We are also responsible for water service connections, backflow prevention, and coordination with fire protection infrastructure. Special attention is being given to complex routing, such as the use of 90-degree elbows to avoid clashes with structural spread footings, ensuring clean and code-compliant installations that integrate smoothly with the building design.

With the project actively in progress, we continue to work closely with the general contractor and other trades to manage site logistics, sequencing, and inspection milestones.
