35 Harvey Street is a newly constructed 12-unit residential building located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Our company completed the full plumbing and HVAC scope for this ground-up project, helping deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes in a walkable, transit-friendly neighborhood.

Our plumbing work included complete domestic water and drainage systems, fixture rough-in and trim-out for kitchens and bathrooms, and code-compliant venting throughout the building. On the HVAC side, we installed high-efficiency heating and cooling systems for each unit, along with custom ductwork, fresh air systems, and exhaust for bathrooms and common areas.

With limited space and a tight construction schedule, close coordination with the general contractor and other trades was key. From underground rough to final punch, our team focused on clean workmanship, reliable performance, and meeting inspection deadlines.
