37 Jacob Street is a newly constructed two-unit residential building located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. As the general contractor, our team managed the full ground-up build, delivering code-compliant, energy-efficient homes designed for comfort, functionality, and long-term performance.

Our scope included site preparation, structural framing, and complete installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Each unit features modern layouts, high-quality kitchens and bathrooms, and energy-efficient finishes throughout. We also oversaw appliance installation, utility connections, and site improvements such as walk-out basement access and off-street parking.

From foundation to final punch list, we worked closely with designers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. 37 Jacob Street showcases our ability to lead multi-scope new construction projects in dense residential neighborhoods with attention to detail, safety, and client goals.
