72 Burbank Street

72 Burbank Street is a newly constructed multi-unit residential building located in Boston’s vibrant Fenway neighborhood. As a core member of the construction team, we were responsible for delivering the complete plumbing, HVAC, and concrete scopes, from foundation to final turnover.

Our concrete work included forming and pouring structural slabs and pads to support both the building’s foundation and key mechanical systems. Precision and coordination were critical due to tight site conditions and the urban footprint.

On the HVAC side, we installed high-efficiency ductless mini-split heat pump systems in each unit, providing both heating and cooling tailored to the building’s layout. Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) were integrated to ensure fresh air circulation while optimizing energy performance. Exhaust systems and ductwork were installed throughout to meet ventilation code requirements for bathrooms and common areas.

For the plumbing scope, we provided complete domestic water and sanitary systems across all units, including fixture rough-ins and trim-outs for bathrooms, kitchens, and mechanical rooms. Our team worked closely with other trades to route risers, drains, and supply lines efficiently within the compact structure.

This project reflects our ability to execute multiple scopes in a dense, fast-paced urban setting while delivering energy-efficient, code-compliant systems that support long-term performance and resident comfort.
