Hano Homes

Hano Homes is a 20-unit residential redevelopment project located in Allston, Massachusetts. Our company provided full plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services for this multi-family renovation, contributing to the complete upgrade of essential systems across the property.

Our plumbing scope included full replacement of domestic water and drainage lines, along with fixture installation for kitchens and bathrooms in each unit. For the electrical scope, we provided new wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, and device installation throughout the building, in compliance with current codes and energy standards.

On the HVAC side, we installed high-efficiency heating and cooling systems customized to the building’s layout, including new ductwork, ventilation, and control systems to ensure year-round comfort for future residents.

We worked closely with the general contractor and other trades to phase the work efficiently and meet tight project deadlines. The Hano Homes project highlights our team’s ability to manage and deliver multiple scopes across multi-unit housing with quality, safety, and performance at the forefront.
